Eine sehr interessante Reihe ueber die Vorzuege und Nachteile einer Textbasierten Konfiguration gibt es bei Zugschlus. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

Die Argumente sind groesstenteils an den Haaren herbeigezogen. Wenn ich mir alleine vim vs. gvim anschaue, dann kann ich 95% der Argumente ausstechen, da gvim die "Ziele" genauso erfuellt wie vim- nur das man noch 'ne Menueleiste hat und das man klicken kann.

Es geht ja hauptsaechlich um die Konfigurartion ueber CLI oder Textdateien.
Nen gvim laesst sich auch entspannt in einer Textdatei konfigurieren ...

Bin'n unglaublicher TUI Fan, wirklich. Aber... es gibt Ausnahmen. Hasse die Sambakonfiguration unendlich dolle sehr. Aber eine gute TUI zieh ich immer sehr sehr sehr dolle vor.
